Andrea Hrusovska works with leaders and organizations to turn big challenges into growth opportunities. As a certified coach and founder of HR4U, Andrea partner with executives and teams to strengthen leadership, improve decision-making, and create workplaces where people and business goals work together. Her experience comes from more than twenty years of consulting across Europe and the United States.

In 2014, Andrea launched HR4U and grew it to serve clients on two continents. HR4U's work spans talent acquisition, workforce transformation, interim leadership, and guiding companies into new markets. Andrea also hosts an official yearly SXSW event in Austin - Slovak House - that connects Central European governments with the United States, bringing top talent, advanced technology, and innovative businesses into the American market to fuel growth, innovation, and job creation.

Andrea now serves as an Advisor and mentor to Q-Branch's international startup and scale-up Accelerator programs.
