Masey Williams
Director of Strategic Programs and Partnerships

As Director of Strategic Programs and Partnerships at Q-Branch, Masey oversees the firm’s portfolio of government and defense innovation accelerators, managing multi-stakeholder engagements that connect startups, federal agencies, and private capital. Her work spans program design, partnership development, and execution across six annual accelerators under management- four government-backed and two defense-focused initiatives supported by private capital. She leads strategic collaborations with entities such as Japan External Trade Organization, Enterprise Singapore, and the Department of Defense ecosystem to align global technologies with U.S. mission and market priorities.

Masey has played a central role in standing up Q-Branch’s operational frameworks for international and dual-use programs, integrating compliance, reporting, and partner management systems to scale cross-sector collaboration. With a background in communications and management, she directs initiatives that bridge commercial readiness with government demand, ensuring each program under her portfolio delivers measurable outcomes in technology adoption, investment traction, and partner alignment.
