These efforts have helped redefine modern retail operations, improving customer experience and driving measurable business efficiency.
Beyond corporate innovation, Rajat’s passion for mentoring and education has led him to partner with several Texas universities on capstone AI and computer vision programs. Earlier in his career, he served as faculty teaching manufacturing processes, supply chain, CAD design, and software programming at the University of Phoenix and Cochise College.
Outside his technology career, Rajat channels his love for Japanese garden design and nature through his koi and pond business in the Austin area, where he provides premium koi, koi and pond care products, as well as consulting services. He is also an avid painter and collector of gems and minerals.
Rajat’s core motivation lies in solving complex problems and creating meaningful, measurable impact. As an Advisor with Q-Branch, he brings together deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for innovation to help clients modernize faster, operate smarter, and deliver exceptional value through retail and technology transformation.
