Victor Montellano
Defense and Industry Integration Officer

MAJ(P) Victor Montellano is a Texas native. He enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2003, serving as a Civil Affairs Sergeant at Fort Bragg and deploying to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004. In 2009, he was Commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer after earning his degree from Tarleton State University. Since his initial call to duty, he has held key roles including Fire Support Officer, Platoon Leader, Battery Commander with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. After command, Vic assessed into the Army’s Acquisition Corp as a contracting officer. He further strengthened his leadership with an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and gained private sector experience interning at Dell Computers, supporting their global supply chain division.

Vic is serving as a defense and industry integration officer at Q-Branch, where he applies his extensive federal contracting experience to help companies within the Q-Branch ecosystem secure federal contracts. Additionally, he is implementing, shaping, and executing Q-Branch’s venture capital fund.
