Victor Montellano
Defense and Industry Integration Officer

CPT Victor M. Montellano was born in Glen Rose, Texas, and enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2003. He served as a Civil Affairs Sergeant at Fort Bragg, NC, and deployed to Iraq in 2004 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After earning a degree from Tarleton State University, he was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer in 2009. CPT Montellano has held various command and staff positions, including Fire Support Officer, Platoon Leader, and Battery Commander, and has deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of different operations.

He attended the full-time MBA program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. His military education includes numerous courses such as Basic Combat Training, Civil Affairs Basic Course, and Airborne Course, among others. CPT Montellano has received several awards, including the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, and Army Commendation Medal.
